Do you have a warranty?
Under our warranty, we’ve got your back! PROTSAAH offers a full statutory warranty of 2 years, covering manufacturing and material defects for genuine branded PROTSAAH products purchased from our own stores (including Online) or authorized PROTSAAH retailers.
This means that for 2 years from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs.
PROTSAAH promises to always delivers goods of impeccable quality, handcrafted, responsibly sourced pieces that are made to last. We’re confident in the quality of our product hence the 2-year coverage.
However, given the nature of handcrafted pieces, in the case of deficiencies notified in due time, every item found to be defective under this warranty may be, at the discretion of PROTSAAH:
- Replaced by an identical piece, if available:
- Substituted with a piece of comparable value;
- Refund of the purchase price in the form of store credit; or
- Repaired depending on the degree of damage to the warranted product as well as on the feasibility and the availability of replacement parts.
Further claims are excluded.
The warranty only covers damage that, in the opinion of PROTSAAH, is not caused by accident or inappropriate use, ordinary wear and tear, modification, attempted repair, negligence, or by failure to follow PROTSAAH’s special product Care Advice. This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), the consequences of improper handling or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party or due to external circumstances and force majeure.
How do I submit a warranty case?

Important
- Please note that in order for us to review each case accurately as well as continue improving, we require any defective piece to be sent back to us for inspection and quality auditing. The damaged product should be sent to PROTSAAH, c/o Shrestha Designs, Grundhofstrasse 1, 8704, Herrliberg.
- Please retain the purchase or delivery receipt, or the gift receipt in case you have a warranty claim. The receipt or the certificate serves as proof of purchase and authenticity for products purchased and as evidence of entitlement to this warranty.
These warranty conditions apply if there are no specific warranty conditions granted for specific products. PROTSAAH reserves the right to amend or adapt these warranty conditions, with implications for the future, at its discretion at any time. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
- We do not recommend having our products worked on by outside jewellers as this voids any potential for refund or replacement (should a defect develop due to their work). This includes resizing or any type of repair work.
- Promotional products may be excluded from our warranty policy.
